We offer a 30 days no-quibble returns or exchange policy, unfortunately if 30 days has past we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Contact us first  HERE with your order number so a returns form can be sent to you for completion.

 Reasons for Return

 If you are unhappy with your order for any reason you can return the order for a refund or exchange.

If you have changed your mind or ordered the incorrect items, to be eligible for a return the items must be unused and in the original condition and packaging.

In these cases you are responsible for the return postage costs

If you have received the incorrect items or the items you have received are faulty, they can be returned for a refund or exchange.

Once the return has been accepted a pre paid postage label will be sent for the return.

  

 Once We Receive Returns

 Once the return has been received back with us, it is processed within 3 days for a refund, replacement, or exchange.

You will be notified when this happens.
